Why is the jade roller application better than brushes?
Jade is a non-porous material, which means that it does not easily harbour bacteria or other microorganisms on its surface, making it more hygienic than traditional brushes.
Jade is also naturally cool to the touch, which can provide a soothing and refreshing sensation to the delicate skin around the eyes. Paired with rolling motions, you can create a massaging effect that not only helps you relax but can also support an increased blood flow to the area.

-
How should the Bio-Pilixin® Eyelash Serum be used?
- Ensure that the skin around the eye area and eyelashes are free of makeup and other beauty products.
- Turn the Eyelash Serum upside down with the roller facing downward. Roll it on a clean fingertip until you feel the product on your skin.
- Roll the Eyelash Serum over the line where your lashes meet your eyelid. For a more soothing experience, roll it over the lash line multiple times.
- Use the Eyelash Serum 1-2 times daily (morning and night).
-
Are the ingredients in the Bio-Pilixin® Eyelash Serum and Bio-Pilixin® Activation Serum the same?
There is an overlap in the active ingredients (for ex. Capilia Longa, Amino Acid Complex, Panthenol), but there are also differences. The Eyelash Serum excludes Vanillyl Butyl Ether to avoid irritation in the eye area, but contains Biotin for added hydration.

Yes, patch tests were performed under dermatological control on a group of 25 volunteers with normal skin. In the tested group of volunteers there were no irritations or allergic reactions.
-
Does the Bio-Pilixin® Eyelash Serum contain any allergens?
No, our Eyelash Serum doesn’t contain any known allergens according to European Union regulations. However, we recommend patch testing if you are in doubt with the product’s compatibility with your skin, as any ingredient can have the potential to cause irritation.
