Our Bio-Pilixin® Serum has been developed by experts to help reduce hair thinning and support the growth of hair. What types of hair loss does it work for?
Our Bio-Pilixin® formula can be effective on almost all types of hair loss as long as you have hair follicles capable of growing hair. In most cases, follicles can still grow new hair in the early stages of hair loss. That’s why the earlier you start the better results you can achieve.

When can I expect to see results?
Results may vary in each individual. However, 77% of participants in our clinical trial reported reduced hair loss after just 45 days and 73% had a measurable increase in hair density after 150 days.

Can you use it during pregnancy, conceiving, or breastfeeding?
Bio-Pilixin® doesn’t include any known hormone disruptors. As such, it should be safe for those pregnant, conceiving, or breastfeeding.
However, we have not conducted any studies on women who are pregnant and we always recommend consulting your personal physician when in doubt.

How to use the Bio-Pilixin® Activation Serum?
1. Apply at least 2 pipettes of serum directly onto scalp (can be applied on both wet and dry hair). 2. Using your fingertips gently massage serum onto scalp. Note: A warm sensation will gradually develop. 3. Leave on for a minimum of 6 hours after application, and wash hands after use. 4. Rinse well. Recommended daily.

When will the results begin to show?
A clinical efficacy testing of our Bio-Pilixin® Formula found that for many participants reduced hair loss could be measured after 45 days of use. However, it usually takes 150 days to see significant effects of the Bio-Pilixin®.

Is it normal to feel a 'warm' sensation when applying the Bio-Pilixin® Activation Serum?
A ‘tingling’ or ‘burning’ sensation is typically felt upon application of the Bio-Pilixin® Activation Serum, which is considered a normal reaction when using the serum. The sensation is attributed to the heating agent HotFlux®, or vanillyl butyl ether, which helps to rejuvenate hair growth.
The intensity varies depending on the individual, ranging from minimal notability to irritability. Most cases are mild, but in rare instances, redness and tenderness may occur. If experiencing any additional side effects, discontinue use and consult a medical professional. Please report any additional side effects to customer care.

Is the Bio-Pilixin® Formula dermatologically tested?
Yes, patch tests were performed under dermatological control on a group of 25 volunteers with normal skin. In the tested group of volunteers there were no irritations or allergic reactions.

Are the products allergen-free?
Although all our products are dermatologically tested, they are not allergen-free. Vanillyl butyl ether and eucalyptus oil (limonene) have sensitising properties, meaning they can evoke allergies for certain individuals. It is highly encouraged to check all ingredients before starting to ensure you do not suffer from any allergies of the listed ingredients.
If unsure, perform a patch test before application. To perform a patch test simply apply a small amount of the product onto a clean area of skin on the upper forearm, following 24 hours rinse the area. If any redness, itching, blistering or irritation is observed at any time throughout the test, do not use the product.

The alcohol in the Bio-Pilixin® formulation is essential to enable the effect of active ingredients. The alcohol serves as an agent to optimise the scalp environment.
